Design leader and human-centred systems thinker shaping meaningful experiences across strategy and user experience - aligning human needs, business goals, and technical realities within large-scale systems. Currently working in aviation, with prior experience across branding, packaging, industrial design, and framing new business models by bridging physical and digital domains.

My journey spans industrial design to digital systems, across hardware and security products, furniture, business innovation, branding and aviation big data. This breadth has shaped how I see design—not as outputs, but as a decision-making discipline.

I specialize in aligning design with business intent, navigating ambiguity, and simplifying complexity without losing rigor. Experience has taught me that thoughtful restraint often creates more value than excessive polish.

As execution becomes increasingly efficient, the real leverage lies in choosing the right problems. Today, I operate at that intersection—helping teams discover needs, decide what to build, and why it matters—stepping in when clarity or momentum is needed.

Researching

Every project begins with curiosity — listening, observing, and mapping what truly drives people. Insights often surface through story exchanges, revealing nuances that data alone can’t capture. Over time, the design researcher in me has evolved — sometimes diving into uncertainty to find clarity, other times beginning with a defined need and merging human understanding with digital data. Each exploration reshapes how clarity is perceived, grounding design decisions in authenticity and purpose.

Branding

Blending branding into physical products, shaping a furniture brand from the ground up, or reimagining digital service branding in aviation — each has reinforced the value of clarity and visual intent. Over time, a strong interest in expressing and “selling” ideas through branding has shaped how design feels complete and persuasive. Strategy, for me, is about crafting a visual and emotional language that stays consistent across interfaces, environments, and every customer touchpoint.

Designing

Whether it’s bringing interaction and experience into physical products or uncovering the human emotion behind digital interfaces, design has always been about creating connection and purpose. Meaningful experiences emerge when journeys, interactions, and visuals flow seamlessly together — helping people move effortlessly through both digital and physical spaces. For me, experience lives in the dialogue between the tangible and the virtual, in the adjacencies that make a system whole. This pursuit keeps my exploration of experience design grounded in empathy, evolving continuously with every shift in technology, irrespective of discipline.

End to End Process

Planning and execution of introducing a new product to the market. This capability involves developing a comprehensive launch strategy that includes market research, branding, marketing, and promotional activities. We ensure that all visual and communication elements align with the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.

Systems Thinking

Everything is connected — people, tools, data, and decisions. Seeing the larger system helps uncover invisible links, reduce friction, and design solutions that grow sustainably rather than just scale fast.
